Quindi, immergere le pesche nella marinata e lasciar riposare sottovuoto per almeno una notte.<br \/>\nCuocere i petali di cipolla su piastra, fino a renderli croccanti.<br \/>\nEstrarre dunque le pesche dal sacchetto e tagliarle a fettine di 3 mm di spessore ciascuna, disponendole a \u201ccerchio\u201d sul piatto, con l\u2019aiuto di un coppapasta.<br \/>\nCoprire, dunque, con un \u201cvelo\u201d di lardo fiammeggiato al cannello.<br \/>\nCospargere, infine, con delle goccioline di olio al sedano d\u2019acqua, per un tocco di vivace freschezza.<br \/>\nServire
